About this house rental
This old house includes:
- a living room - dining room, an equipped kitchen with dining area, a game room / lounge, 2 flat screen TV.
- in an independent studio, 2 meters from the entrance to the main house, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, an independent entrance, a bathroom with WC,
- on the 1st floor: two bathrooms, three bedrooms (two with a 140 cm bed and one with two 90 cm beds) + a child's bedroom
- on the 2nd floor: a bedroom with 140cm bed and a child's bedroom with two 90cm beds.
Household linen (sheets, towels) is not provided.
Around the house, a large wooded park maintained by a gardener, and a 12 x 6 meter swimming pool. Armchairs and deckchairs. Games. Barbecue.
In the city center of Saint Pierre, the house is however completely isolated, quiet.

We had a brilliant week here the house was clean, had all we needed. Outside space and pool is amazing. Lots of toys and games for the children. Felt very homely. Communication with the owner was absolutely excellent and she went out of her way to offer help. Perfect house for a family holiday

We had a fabulous week in St Pierre d'Oleron - superb location with the market and many shops, restaurants, cafes and other amenities all close by on foot. The town is lovely, very charming as is the wonderful house - spacious with lots of character and a fantastic pool. We had a great stay. Thank you!!

The property was roomy with good pool and large outside area. The only things we did not like was that all instructions were im French and that the housekeepers could not understand English. We were not happy that after cleaning the house before we left we were still Charged 80 euros for cleaning.

The house was wonderful, an old farmhouse where a modern kitchen and bathrooms had been installed but the historic interior retained including the names and heights of children inscribed on the inside of the doors, going from 1907 to 1918. An enormous garden with a large pool made it was perfect for a family holiday. Shops, restaurants and bakeries were a few minutes walk away. I would love to know the history of the house, it had such a lovely warm atmosphere and we had a fabulous holiday. Will certainly return another year.
