About this house rental
Our house, old fisherman's house is typical of the island, we have extended it with an independent winery located just opposite in the alley
DESCRIPTION:
* The main house is composed of 3 large bedrooms (2 equipped with sink), 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry room and terrace of 15m2
* The cellar is composed of a 1st very large bedroom, bathroom and 1 bedroom (closed mezzanine, the stairs leading to it are steep)
Its ideal location in the charming Gillieux district, bordered by flowery alleys, in Saint Clément des Baleines gives immediate access to the cycle paths. Close to La Conche (10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike), one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and the famous Phare des Baleines, not far from the village center (shops and market) and the bird reserve in the heart of the salt marshes.
