About this apartment rental
Recent construction, ideally located, large 40m2 terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, façe the sea Apartment ideally located large terrace of 40m2 with garden furniture and deckchairs overlooking the sea. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the beach and the marina. Possibility to rent a boat, a jet-ski for the day. 15 minutes from Calvi and Ile Rousse and 10 minutes from Calvi airport. Many sites to visit, Pointe d'Espagne, Sant Antonino, Lumio and its typical market etc....

The apartment is well located, well equipped, sttractive and with wonderful sea and mountain views from the beautiful outside space. Air conditioning is wonderful. There are neighbours above and on either side. This was no problem for us during our stay. There were only two issues we raised. The first is that the property says 'sleeps 4' but we found the sofa bed too uncomfortable to use night after night. The second is that the listing makes no reference to needing to order bedding and towels, and we were then charged additionally for this by the on-site contact, who advised us we were lucky to have any bedding and towels (and had only a set for the bed, not the sofa bed too), as it is supposed to be requested at the time of booking, according to them. Also, if you rely on WiFi, you may have an issue as it was very patchy in availability. We didn't use the TV but were advised it had a problem with the TV guide being in Russian. At the time of writing this I am awaiting a resolution to the issue of the bedding as I have yet to be refunded the additional cost, which was not advertised or included on the property booking. I hope it will be but the owner has not responded to several messages about this matter to date.
