In a protected sea and maquis part, this apartment is on the first floor of a house consists of two apartments on 2 levels, with an exceptional location on the water. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people and 2 children with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, 1WC independent with window. A wide balcony sea side serves the room with bed 140 cm and the dining room. A deep and covered terrace allows you to dine at the shelter while watching the sea. The living room has a double exposure south / north and has 3 glass windows. This apartment has a parking and a seafront situation ensuring calm and view, the garden goes down to the sea and cove. The proximity to the Marina with its shops, bar, restaurant and sandy beach provides great comfort. Center radiology, dental office, doctor, Kiné and pharmacy are within a radius of 8km Lumio and 12km for Calvi or Ile Rousse. The port provides boat rentals and local fishing in the morning. Leisure is within reach with tennis, creeks in the rocks and the small path that leads to the beaches, the small train serves the coastal beaches of Calvi to Ile Rousse and climbs on Corte. Lumio browsing lanes and trails you will discover the artisans market, the old church building and the house of Laetitia Casta, but scrub and the old village of Oggi with its panoramic view of the plain of Calenzana, vineyards and small Sainte Catherine Airport to Calvi and fortress. At the exit of Lumio, the vineyard of Clos Columbo and the distillery of immortelle flowers ... a delight of smell and flavor. Craftsmen and local markets are numerous

Très bon séjour en famille, une superbe vue et la proximité de la mer. Idéal pour notre famille qui est allée faire du snorkeling directement à partir des rochers sous l'appartement.

Vue magnifique 100% dégagée sur la mer...
Baignade à 30 secondes dans les rochers en pente douce.
Très pratique d'avoir 2 salles de bain et 1 toilette séparé avec des enfants.
Merci beaucoup pour tous les conseils donnés par mail qui nous ont beaucoup servi (plages, courses...).
Selon nous il ne manque que la climatisation... (on est venu pendant une semaine de canicule).
On reviendra à coup sûr !!!

The view is just amazing! and we are so close to the sea (id say around 10 meters!)The flat is clean and has all the furniture useful to have a great stay. And the 2 bathrooms are definitively a big advantage. The neighboors were friendly & gave us some tips about what to see. Also appreciated the books on the walks that can be done, on the most beautiful beaches.. We thus visited a marvellous nature reserve (Scandola) with a boat trip.We were delighted and willl come back.
