About this apartment rental
Cocoonr offers this 60 m² flat for rent on the Marine de Sant Ambroggio (commune of Lumio), which can accommodate up to 5 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 15 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 100 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) and air conditioning
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 9 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A private, partially enclosed 100 m² garden.
The flat is ideally located in Marine de Sant Ambroggio (Lumio), in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
