About this house rental
Located in Lumio, beautiful village of Balagne, 5 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Calvi and 15 minutes from Ile-Rousse, large T3 in the DRC of villa of 90m2, simple but spacious, comfortable and completely independent, with covered terrace, beautiful lawn and sea view. Large living room with well-equipped kitchen area, 2 bedrooms with wardrobe, one with 1 double bed and the other with 3 single beds, bathroom, separate WC. Facilities: Internet wifi, TV TNT channels, washing machine 3kg, dishwasher 9 place settings, microwave, small electric oven, 4-burner hob, fridge / freezer, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, armchairs garden, barbecue: Ideal for 1 family, 1 couple or even 2, possibility of 7 beds with supplement beyond 5. Private parking in the garden.
Beyond 3 nights, the apartment must be left clean and tidy, but if you prefer to leave without constraint the cleaning option is payable in advance on arrival for a rate of 50 euros. Likewise for sheets and towels, if you wish to travel light, possibility of rental on site if necessary, between 25 euros additional for 1 couple, and 60 euros depending on the number of people, to be paid on arrival as well.
Up to 3 nights, linen is included and will be provided to you.
A deposit check (not cashed) of 500 euros will be requested at the time of delivery of the keys and returned upon departure. Pets not accepted

Accueil chaleureux de Mme Moretti, renseignements précieux.
Logement fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut: lave linge, lave vaisselle, vaisselle, vaisselle, cafetière à filtres, à dosettes, épicerie de base. Proximité de Calvi, des plages et des villages de balagne. Parfait! Merci pour tout.

très agréable séjour , toujours trop court ....soupir......nous aimons énormément la Corse et avec une maîtresse de maison comme Mme MORETTI on rêve d'y retourner .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Lumio est un village idéalement situé entre Calvi et l’île Rousse. La vue depuis la terrasse est vraiment très agréable et la maison est spacieuse. Le fait d’installer prochainement la climatisation en remplacement de ventilateurs est une excellente initiative. Cela nous parait être l’élément manquant pour apprécier au mieux la maison par ailleurs très bien équipée.
