Are you looking for a modern comfortable villa in beautiful surroundings? Then you will love this house! Villa Chus is located on the road leading from San Antonio to Cala Salada which means that the beautiful beaches and the town are both just a 10 minute drive away.
The villa has private parking and enjoys a great position set amongst pine trees with a large well tended garden and BBQ/dining area.
Inside the main house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a shower room. The living room is bright and well ventilated and there are also shady areas to be found for dining & relaxing on the wrap around terrace.
The separate private apartment is self contained with its own kitchen and bathroom and also has a private terrace which leads into the bedroom.
There is WiFi throughout.

The house is spacious, spotless and comfortable and the AC was a godsend during the heatwave. The outside space and pool are idyllic with à beautifully planted garden. The pool is the best we’ve rented in a long time. The location is perfect, not far from all the busier areas but in a quiet spot close to a lovely beach and pretty countryside. And the hosts are kind and helpful. We’d highly recommend a stay.

We stayed at the house for one week and felt like being at home from the first minute. The house is situated nearby Cala Salada in a quiet neighborhood on the road to Santa Agnes, so you will need a car.
Lovely hosts, thanks to both of you for accommodating us- we‘ll come back for sure!
