I had to wait for almost two hours before the receptionist could attend to me and hand over the key card to me. I was exhausted and tired as I was coming from a long distance. It would have been better if there was more than one receptionist on duty attending to customers.

The noise of building work from other hotels but out of this hotels hands also the school playground you get woken up every morning and dinnertime so we never slept well all holidsy
