I liked the apartment and the rooftop pool was a nice amenity to have.
The internet in the apartment suck, I had to use my personal internet throughout my stay in the room. Reached out to the host about this and she bluntly said there's nothing she can do about it. I got a 2 bedroom apartment at this stay for 2 men, which is a quite big space. A very awkward situation happened one of the nights, A guest visited my friend and got forcefully kicked out because the security man doesn't know the rules and was ridiculously arrogant towards us. We reported this the following day to the host, which she pleaded about but shouldn't be accepted considering we were not breaching any rules and they failed to train their staff appropriately. I would have escalated this asap (we felt racially disrespected) but just stayed calm to file this report.
