Aparthotel Boutique Poniente Playa

Great location, friendly staff.

Safe deposit box and to didn’t work. Raised twice but nobody ever came to resolve.

Very central location and friendly staff!

Very thin blankets and towels

Lovely staff, good location, pool is quite mid but good value for money, the apartment had everything we needed.

Every other day cleaning rotation

Pool area was nice and just across the street. Bed was comfortable and most facilities were good.

Poor water pressure at the start. Water tank was replaced the evening before our check out leaving us with no hot water. Were told it would be hot in around 20 minutes but an hour later it was still running cold and dirty so went to ask at reception and was told to use the communal shower area instead which wasn't ideal. The living space didn't really have a comfortable area to sit and the pictures don't actually look anything like the ones posted. Also the cleaners seemed to keep coming in without knocking, once even coming in to clean the bathroom whilst we were still in bed.
