Very modern bedroom which is spacious with large shower and bathroom area. Generous size balcony with too. Great location and reception so friendly and helpful

The staff are really lovely and friendly. The location is good for walking into San Antonio

The rooms are not clean, when we arrived the room had not been cleaned properly, still loads of hair from previous guests everywhere. We had to ask them to clean it for us. Since the new owners took over the quality of this place has really gone down. They now charge for the car park which they didn’t before so this is also worse. The kitchen utensils are barely useable and have not been replaced in years. Again we complained about this and they gave us a new spatula. However most the pans were too dirty and old to use. It’s not the staffs fault and they are trying their best but the management company is responsible. They should put money back into the business to renovate the rooms for the amount they are charging. I have been staying here for years and now I am considering not staying here again. The place attracts very noisy guests who have no awareness that others may be sleeping when they come back from clubs at 2am shouting their heads off. This place is for 20 years old and not really for older people who want to relax and not partying every min!
