Clean very busy noisy venue big seagulls

Nice for a very reasonable price

The caravan was clean and tidy. It had a little bit of washing up liquid, hand-wash and a sponge and wash cloth. I liked that, as you don't get that everywhere you go and it helps having a busy family. Caravan had electric heaters not full central heating but for reassurance to future guests, heating was plenty sufficient.

We arrived and there was a dinner plate sized patch of water on one of the single beds closest the window in one of the twin rooms, there was water marks down the wall. I couldn't take a good picture due to us arriving fairly late at night. We had to dry the bedding by one of the electric heaters but due to time we arrived and how saturated bedding was we still had to use bedding for one of the guests which wasn't ideal.

The Caravan itself was cleanish but the covers to the seating areas and the curtains / blinds were disgusting and dirty There was only 2 radiators in the whole caravan which took ages to heat up

Over all happy with my stay as it was comfortable,quiet clean site.

Very clean and comfortable caravan with all facilities to enable self catering option as well as take away food on caravan site if prefered. Site also very clean and tidy with nicely cut grass and good tarmac roads and smooth footpaths.

The caravan was slightly let down by some of the window blinds which were very difficult to operate with 2 blinds not operating at all. I also had to purchase some batteries for the TV remote to function.

It's was ok but won't go again.

It was close to the beach and other attractions

The main bed was very uncomfortable, there was cobwebs in the bathroom, outside the toilet, and in the master bedroom. The sofa was uncomfortable and dirty, the noise from the caravans next door were very loud I know this is not the owners vault, but kept me awake for the 1st night as they were out screaming at dogs until 2.45am.

I had low expectations about a caravan holiday in Towyn, but we had a wonderful time. The caravan was very clean and comfortable, with three nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. The site was clean, well organized and the staff very super friendly. There is a well stocked shop on site, and we had a great meal from the on site chippy. The site is about 8 minutes walk from fantastic beach
