We really liked that this property was on a gated compound with about 15 properties and a shared pool. The insides were well done and bbq, tables etc outside was great. The pool was really great and never crowded which we used every day. Secure and relaxed for kids. The sea being a few minutes walk away was great too. Overall location central on the island was good too for going anywhere. The host was responsive and helpful - thanks.
When we booked the property for our family of 6 we thought it was a regular house. We later found it is actually 2 individual apartments - ground floor and first floor. You had to walk outside between the two. It worked for us because we have 2 young adult children but may not work so well for different family structures.

Die Lage in der Residenz direkt am Strand und Pool ist schon außergewöhnlich. Besonders gut hat auch das Wifi funktioniert. Ebenfalls prima: Zugang über Smart-TV zu Netflix - das war jetzt im Oktober nett.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement à proximité de la plage. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre, la véranda est un atout incontestable. La Cotinière est à moins de 50 minutes par la plage et on y trouve des étals de produits de le mer frais tous les jours.
