About this house rental
Single storey house of 80 m2, 800 m from the sea and 4000m from shops, located between the port of Cotinière and St Pierre d'Oleron, close to bike paths.
The house is intended for a sleeping 6 people.
The house has a completely wooded garden terrace, and without vis-à-vis, closed by a secure gate.
In front of the house, a large area of land is available for the parking of several vehicles.

In a very bright living room / living room with bay with partitioning allowing an integral opening of the bay on the terrace, with done up and equipped kitchen of 35 m2 (oven, plate, hood, microwaves, dishwasher, big refrigerator with freezer ).
The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker.
Dishes in large quantities (glasses, plates, pans, dishes, salad bowls, ...) are available.
The living / dining room is equipped with a large rectangular dining table with 6 Scandinavian chairs, a cabinet showcase, a 3 seater sofa with chaise longue, a coffee table, a sideboard, a TV stand with TV screen flat, DVD player, and a PS2 console with many games + remotes.

Très agréable maison, fonctionnelle et grande. La piscine est très belle. Localisation parfaite pour visiter l'île. Endroit calme. Propriétaires très agréables. Bref, je recommande sans hésiter!
