About this house rental
We offer you our comfortable house, ideally located in the town of Saint Pierre d'Oléron, in a small village typical of the island.
Only 800 meters from the ocean, 2 kilometers from Saint Pierre and La Cotinière. Everything can be done by bike by the cycle paths
located at the foot of the house.
It is composed of 4 bedrooms with double beds, including a master suite (dressing room and shower room), an independent bedroom with its shower and two other bedrooms with dressing room, a large bathroom (shower and bath). A large living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker with coffee grinder, draft beer machine (keg not provided), dishwasher and all kitchen equipment are available). A laundry room with dryer and washing machine.
Inner courtyard with terrace and small summer kitchen. (sink, barbecue, gas plancha not provided)
Possibility to fit a car into the first yard on the front of the house.
Linen (sheet, duvet cover) is provided. Only bath linen is not available.
Possibility to take a cleaning package (200 euros not included in the rental price). You also have wifi with TV decoder.
