Les Allassins beach is accessible on foot in less than 10 minutes or by bicycle, by the cycle path in front of the house, in less than 3 minutes.
This pretty house from the 1940s, not yet renovated, has kept all its charm and cozy period furniture and can accommodate 9 people with its 3 large bedrooms over 16m2, its smallest bedroom of 9m2, with direct access to the garden, two shower rooms and 2 toilets.
Its formica kitchen and buffet from the 60s, its comfortable red velvet sofa will propel you out of time.
Without Wi-Fi connection or television, you will certainly come here to recharge your batteries and enjoy the moment, with family or friends.
Around the chimney fire in winter, or large tables in the garden near the plancha, in summer, you will discover an extraordinary 2000m2 garden in which endemic and exotic plants like the giant Chinese camphor tree mix.

Nous avons adoré cette maison chaleureuse. Son style années 50, son plan parfait en étoile, ses.meubles en formica. Les ados partent par le fond du jardin, planche de surf sous le bras et arrivent en 10 min à
pied à travers bois, sans croiser une voiture, sur un des meilleurs spots de surf de l'île. Le jardin est vaste, joyeusement fouillis. Nous reviendrons !

Séjour génialissime dans cette belle maison de famille qui a gardé tout son cachet des années 50 grâce à Nathalie et Alain. Nous avons une grande envie d’y revenir
