Living room: As you cross the threshold, you will immediately be seduced by the large living room with its impressive high ceilings. The large bay windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the elegant and contemporary furniture. An invitation to relax in a chic and refined setting.

You have a large dining table, two cozy sofas.
Desktop: You have a dedicated desk in a separate space.
Kitchen: the true heart of the house, it is fully equipped to satisfy gastronomy lovers. With its large central island, it offers a convivial space perfect for sharing unforgettable culinary moments. Each appliance, each utensil, has been carefully chosen to guarantee a high-quality culinary experience.
Bedrooms: The five bedrooms, each decorated, are a haven of peace. Furnished to offer optimal comfort, with high-end bedding and generous storage space. Three modern bathrooms, equipped with walk-in showers and one with bathtub, add an extra touch of luxury.
Suite: 160 cm bed + shower room and separate toilet: direct access to the swimming pool

The large wooden terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture (table and chairs, garden furniture, deckchairs and 2 hammocks), is perfect for outdoor dining. An outdoor kitchen is also available for those who like to cook under the stars (barbecue + plancha + sink at your disposal).
The landscaped garden offers a haven of greenery and tranquility, perfect for recharging your batteries. An outdoor shower is also available, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach or pool.
Heated pool from mid-May to the end of September (the pool heating period depends on the weather) - For the first half of May and the first half of October, an additional charge of €250 excl. tax / week will be requested for the heating of the pool
Linen: For your comfort, linen (sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats) is provided (7-night stays), allowing you to travel light and enjoy your holiday to the fullest as soon as you arrive. In addition, 3 private parking spaces are included, ensuring the safety and convenience of your stay.
Pets are allowed (deposit of €250 required)
Parties are not allowed.
Rates vary depending on the season: Off-season basis between 2000 and 3,430 euros per week and High season between 2,730 euros and 4,830 euros. The tourist tax is applicable throughout the year from 01 January 2024. It is based on the real regime of 3.30 euros per night and per adult. The amount of the security deposit is up to the rent + a certificate of civil liability insurance will also be required.

We had a tremendous week and enjoyed this spacious and nicely decorated home. We loved cooking together in the perfectly equipped kitchen and had relaxing days in the beautiful garden wirh pool. All in all it was perfect and we had a great vacation!
