Superb! Loved it!

It was an excellent location! We loved being in the middle of bayeux with so many lovely places on our doorstep! The house was beautifully clean and welcoming. Gorgeous downstairs space and courtyard! The host was also incredibly helpful. We would highly reccomend this place.

Only one small issue with the water. We couldn't really get a hot shower. Also - a washing up bowl in the sink would be really helpful!

Family trip to Bayeux

Fabulous location and quiet.

Hot water not hot for 4 night stay & not resolved despite being told it would. Access to the bathroom being through 2nd bedroom; the trundle pulled out blocks access and leaves nowhere to put bags. Doors have unusual locking system which was not noted anywhere and caused much stress the 1st night. Bedding for 4th booked person was not left out but in lidded baskets in the downstairs fireplace. Black mould on the ceiling beam in the bathroom. A little scarce on items that would make this more comfortable; no dishwasher although advertised as having one (and hot water being tepid didn’t wash dishes well) no washing machine, cheap pillows & only 1 each, lack of bedside lamps, hangers, or anywhere to hang clothes or towels. A lovely courtyard but overgrown and no chairs only sun lounges. Rather musty/perhaps mouldy smell. Despite all this it will be great apartment once issues are sorted, and with different choice of furniture in 2nd bedroom.

Emplacement idéal mais gros problème d'humidité !

Emplacement idéal, tous les points d'intérêts à 2min à pieds. Hyper silencieux malgré l'emplacement central. Ambiance cosy.

Malgré tous ses points positifs un gros point noir : l’humidité extrême au rez-de-chaussée, malgré aération, qui cause une odeur presque insoutenable (mélange de moisissure et produit chimique non identifié (huile de térébenthine ?)) causant difficultés respiratoires, maux de tête et nausée... Heureusement qu'il s'agissait uniquement d'un lieu pour dormir et que nos journées étaient bien remplies. Il faut urgemment chercher une solution à ce problème qui risque de nuire à la santé des prochains hôtes...
