Charming Apartment in the heart of Bayeux

Annick and Pascal were very welcoming hosts. The apartment was lovely in a charming 16th century building. It was very clean and so convenient to Bayeux sites, shopping and restaurants and it was a few blocks walk to the major tour group meeting location in Place de Quebec. The town of Bayeux is well maintained, safe and easily walkable.

It was not a problem for us, but because the apartment overlooks a main street in Bayeux, sometimes the noise from the restaurants carried up to our bedroom until around midnight. We were there on a Thursday - Sunday when those restaurants were busiest. The street is pedestrian-only except for early morning deliveries, so there is no noise from car traffic in general. As I stated, it did not trouble us - we enjoyed that ambiance of being downtown! We just want to point it out so that it can be considered if someone is a light sleeper. The other wonderful attributes of the apartment far outweighed that small aspect for us.

Perfect location

This is a lovely, well equipped apartment in the centre of Bayeux. Pascal met us on arrival in the car park and showed us to the apartment where there was a lovely bottle of cider waiting, which was much appreciated. We really loved our stay here. There is street noise at night, but it didn't impact our stay as the location is perfect.

The pillows are so hard to sleep on, but that wouldn't stop me from returning

Le Petit Croissant is perfectly situated in the centre of Bayeux, everything is easily accessed. The building is full of historic character but the apartment is really fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering stay. Superb

Some have commented on the noise from the street in the evening but even on a public holiday like the 8th May, we didn’t find it disturbing. Everything was just perfect

Overall, this apartment is good value for the price.

Great location to the tapestry museum and easy to get in and out of Bayeux. Lots of restaurants nearby. Simply furnished apartment with everything we needed. Host was very friendly and met us at a time convenient to us.

The street noise, there seems to be a bar nearby and even mid- week the noise late at night was considerable. The bed and pillows were too firm for us.

Perfekte Lage direkt im Zentrum / sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter / Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert / Vermieter hat uns zur Wohnung begleitet und alles erklärt / Wohnung stilvoll eingerichtet - sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht / Wir fühlten uns willkommen. Appartamento stupendo nel centro di Bayeux

L’appartamento si trova in una zona pedonale della città, a due passi dal centro. I proprietari ci hanno dato indicazioni sempre molto dettagliate sul soggiorno e il primo giorno siamo stati accolti per la consegna delle chiavi. L’appartamento è molto pulito, fornito di tutto e molto accogliente. Uno dei migliori alloggi trovato nel nostro viaggio in Francia. Essendo arrivati in auto, abbiamo parcheggiato in prossimità dell’appartamento dopo le indicazioni del proprietario (il parcheggio si trova in una zona a disco orario in cui si può sostare al massimo per 4 ore dalle 9 alle 19).

Appartement idéal au cœur de Bayeux

L’établissement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux visuels. Pascal nous a accueillis et c’a été un excellent contact des le début. Il nous a guidés afin de trouver facilement une place de Parking. Il nous a tout expliqué et nous a même donné quelques explications sur les choses à voir et à faire autour de Bayeux. Tout a été bien pensé dans ce logement. Nous n’avons eu besoin de rien de plus et nous n’avons pas eu besoin non plus de chercher quoi que ce soit, tout était logique, confortable et optimisé. Pour nous, c’est exactement ce qu’il nous fallait pour passer un très bon week-end.

Heerlijk gastvrij appartement

De gastvrijheid was heerlijk, zeer vriendelijke ont vangst door eigenaar zelf. Geen regels en eisen maar een opgemaakt bed in een warm huis met koffie, thee of wat sterkers. Alsof je bij heel goede vrienden te gast bent. Heel attent.

Fin lägenhet med centralt läge.

Centralt och nära till allt. Lägenheten var i fint skick och köket väl utrustat. Utmärkt internet, trevlig värd.

Tyvärr hörde man en hel del ljud från gatan sent på kvällen och tidigt på morgonen .
