Breakfast N/A.Sophie gave wonderful instructions on how to find the property as it is on a new estate and the sat navigation doesnt seem to pick it up.Sophies instructions were so helpful.

A wardrobe would have been ideal as we were attending our grandsons wedding and had 'posh' clothes that we didn't want to get crushed,and could have done with proper hanging space for our suits. We did just manage though.Also as we couldnt get the TV to work ,it would have been nice to have some instructions as we are in our late seventies and not very tec savvy Everything else was wonderful,from the lovely furnishings and such a well stocked ,interesting library,to the bottle of prosseco to welcome us.

First class house for visiting the Cotswolds, spotlessly clean, all the amenities you could ever want, and great host, can’t really fault it.

Nice, comfortable lounge and well-equipped kitchen. Car port for parking was excellent and nice touch of bottle of fizz upon arrival. Communication with the host was appreciated.

No wardrobe in which to hang shirts/ blouses/ tops, with only a few coat pegs behind the bedroom door and coat hangers hanging on these. We stayed for 5 nights during the red warning for extreme heat in June: the heat in the accommodation was very uncomfortable, with no fan available.
