A lovely apartment in a great location with a couple of issues that I’m sure they will fix

Great location very near to the centre. Very clean apartment. Generally well equipped. Parking spot. Easy access. We would stay again if the shower was assessed to find out why temp extremes are happening but we would bring a kettle. Received good communication from the owner.

Tap - serves water for tea but isn’t boiling like a kettle so tea a bit tepid. They need to get a normal kettle. Shower was a problem - you set it and it’s a normal temp for half a minute, then literally it changes to boiling then ok then freezing, then boiling. So you have to keep stepping away due to temp extremes that are random. It’s probably something that a plumber could easily fix.

Good location, poor value for money.

The location in the centre of Cirencester is excellent. The accommodation is compact but has everything you need. Parking is good.

Being charged an additional GBP 40 for ‘insurance’, or being made to pay a GBP500 bond, with a GBP10 charge the day before arrival. The property was difficult to find, as it is not at the street address. It advertised a washing machine (one of the reasons we chose this property), but we were told there isn’t one and never has been. The first night was noisy, as people seemed to be accessing a party through the other half of the property which is a garage.
