La taille de l’appartement la vue mer la qualité des équipements la décoration la grande terrasse l’emplacement proche des plages le parking

l'hôtel qui gère l'appartement est super pro, sympa et très arrangeant. Il manquait des ustensiles de cuisines, en 24H ils nous ont trouvé ce dont on avait besoin. Possibilité de changer les draps et serviettes pour en avoir des propres durant le séjour (comme à l'hôtel) Aucun problème pour le départ ou l'arrivée.
il manque des petit détails pour la cuisine. Une plancha électrique sur la super terrasse serait un plus. Pas de possibilité de ranger des vélos si on veut en louer sur plusieurs jours (alors que Royan en vélo c'est super) Le prix est peut être un peu trop élevé pour le produit (même si l'appartement est super ) L'année dernière, on avait par exemple, des vélos à disposition ou autres prestation en + qui pourrait justifier le prix.
