The entrance to the apartment is breathtaking as the view of the beach of Foncillon is magnificent. Large bay windows surround the living room decorated with great taste and elegance.
A dining room that can accommodate up to 6 people is available with a table and chairs. The living room has a television, comfortable armchairs, internet (fibre) and board games.
A desk is also present for those who would like to work to the rhythm of the waves.
The open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker grinder, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, induction hob) ... All the modern equipment is there.
A first bedroom is at the end of the corridor with a 160 cm bed (two people). A bathroom (shower) is adjoining. A loggia refines this room, this corner can be used as a reading corner facing the sea. Office in the same room. Independent toilet in the hallway.
Another corridor leads to the left part of the property in which there are two other bedrooms composed as follows:
The second bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage space.
The third with two 90 cm beds as well as storage space and a desk. Each of these two bedrooms has a balcony.

Parking is on the street. The parking lot of the Palais des Congrès is located just behind the apartment.
The beach of Foncillon organizes a Mickey Club for children in the summer (see with the Town Hall for more details).
The nearest bakery, pharmacy and small coop are 2 minutes walk away. 10 minutes from the beautiful Central Market.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with supplement as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
WIFI is available, pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the property
Nocturnal noise is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Accommodation that can accommodate people with disabilities but mobile. The doors are not PRM standard (they are 60cm wide). No elevator to get to the second floor but a STANAH. A railing is installed in the first bathroom. Please note that we are not PRM standards.

From 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., all departures will be charged an additional €30.
