Let yourself be seduced by this magnificent seaside villa from the 30s, completely renovated, located on Allée des Nids in Royan, combining old charm and modern comfort, ideally located 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to the city center and its shops.
The garden level is composed of a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with toilet, as well as a large corridor allowing you to easily store bicycles or various equipment.
The main entrance is on the first floor, which includes:
• A first bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be easily joined or separated and a bathroom (shower).
• A second bedroom with a 160 cm bed, shower and integrated toilet.
• A separate toilet in the corridor.
• A large convivial living room with fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker...). A standing table and comfortable stools are at your disposal for your meals. The living area has a sofa, a television and internet access. Board games are available.
Finally, an enclosed mezzanine in a cabin style hosts a pleasant reading or rest area, leading to two additional bedrooms:
• A bedroom with two beds in 80.
• A bedroom with a bed in 140.
This space, called "the dormitory", offers 4 additional beds, ideal for welcoming family and friends.
This rare property combines authenticity, bright volumes and a privileged location, perfect for holidays with family or friends.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
