About this house rental
Family house that can accommodate up to 9 people thanks to its 5 bedrooms upstairs and the office which offers a single bed on the first floor.
The house is located in Royan in a residential area. It benefits from regular work to improve its interior and now has a landscaped garden where you can enjoy your days in the sun. The property is composed of a first floor and an upper floor. No barrier on the stairs.
The entrance to the house gives access to the living room arranged as follows:
On the left the dining room with a table and the number of seats equivalent to the beds.
On the right the living room area with sofa and television (internet available). The house provides a large number of games for young children. Guitar and piano available.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven...).
Next is the desk with table, computer screen and a 90 bed (1 person).
A bathroom (shower), single sink and a separate toilet.
The washing machine is available in the laundry room of the garage.
Upstairs, 5 bedrooms are distributed as follows:
-a large master suite with a 160 bed
A second bedroom with a 140 bed
A third bedroom with a 90 cm bed (expandable).
A fourth bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed.
A fifth bedroom with a 140 bed.
Plenty of storage space is available for your personal belongings.
The first floor also leads to a shaded terrace where you can rest; hammock and hanging chair.
The bathroom (bath) has 2 sinks and a hairdryer.
A separate toilet is also on this landing.
Travel cot on site and high chair. You can park in the street and bring a car into the courtyard.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge, as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
WIFI is available, pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the property
Nocturnal noise is punishable by the intervention of the police. House rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Accommodation not accessible to people with disabilities.
