Family villa 2 minutes walk from Chay beach in Royan
Welcome to our family villa (180 M2) completely renovated internally in 2026.
* Booking only from Saturday to Saturday except for the Ascension weekend.*
Ideally located in a quiet street and with the family beach of Chay at the end of the street. Very bright, quiet and spacious, the house has a capacity of 11 people and has a large garden with trees. The bedding is new as well as the kitchen and appliances (2026).
The ideal location of our villa will allow you to walk to the city center of Royan (20 min) to admire the fireworks, go to the concerts of the Violon sur le Sable or to the market. You can also walk to the Garden Tennis (6 min), the Pigeonnier beach (4 min), the Pontaillac beach (16 min).
The house is composed of a living room (TV + sound bar)/ dining room (40 m2) opening onto a large terrace overlooking a large garden. You will have the possibility to have your meals on this large terrace or in the garden in the shade of the trees.
On this floor are the kitchen equipped with new appliances, separate toilet, shower room and Bedroom 1 (double bed 140x190) opening onto a balcony.
On the upper floor: 4 spacious and bright bedrooms:
• Bedroom 2 (double bed 140x190) opening onto a balcony with a glimpse of the sea.
• Bedroom 3 (Queen Size double bed 160x200) opening onto a balcony with a glimpse of the sea.
• Bedroom 4 (2 single beds 90x200) overlooking the garden
• Bedroom 5 (1 single bed 90x200, 1 bunk bed 90X 200)
• 1 Bathroom WC with sea view.
The garden level (Garage and associated rooms) is not available except for access to the washing machine.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. You must bring them yourself or rent them from a local provider (some deliver the linen and collect it at the end of the stay).
Cleaning is included. Nevertheless, we ask that you leave the house tidy and in a correct state of cleanliness. Dishes must be put away, garbage must be thrown away. We also ask you to clean the barbecue for the next tenants.
The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stairs to access the house on the street side and go down from the terrace on the garden side)
