Overlooking the sea and located right next to Pontaillac Beach, this spacious, bright 103-square-meter duplex apartment (west-facing) offers breathtaking ocean views and comes with one private parking space. Sleeps 6 to 8, ideal for large families or two families.

The apartment is located in a majestic residence built during the Belle Époque and recently renovated. It is a duplex comprising:
- the upper level includes 1 master bedroom (1 double bed, 160), 1 children’s bedroom (1 loft bed, 90 + 1 double bed, 140), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 large living/dining room, and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen (induction cooktop, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, fridge-freezer).
- The lower level is a studio with 1 double bed (160), 1 single bed (90), 1 bathroom (shower + toilet), and a fully equipped kitchenette.
The two floors are connected by a small interior spiral staircase; each floor has a separate entrance, a TV, and Wi-Fi.
A mandatory fee of 100 euros is included for professional COVID-19 disinfection services upon check-in and check-out.
Disposable comforters, pillows, and mattress protectors are provided, but you must bring your own linens (fitted sheets, duvet covers, flat sheets, pillowcases, and towels). You can rent linens (additional service; expect to pay roughly 25 euros per person per stay; quote available upon request)

Pontaillac, with its large beach of fine sand and a playground beloved by families, is a historic neighborhood of Royan that has been a pioneer in tourism since the late 19th century. Pontaillac has successfully reinvented itself and remains a popular destination thanks to its casino, nighttime illuminations, and seaside restaurants, bars, and shops. Over the years, Pontaillac has also become a surf and bodyboard hotspot that stays busy all year round.
