Es fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine oder etwas zur Kaffeezubereitung. Was sie Sauberkeit betrifft, gibt es auch durchaus Luft nach oben

The location was great for me. The big windows and view were really nice. Lovely hot water and warm air con were so nice!

The house is located at the end of Constable Street, with Bus3,4&18 right outside the house to the Hospital and city center or across from the street to Kilbirnie. The location makes it super convenient for daily grocery shopping with New World, Woolworth and PaknSave all only in 15 min walking distance. Both Newtown and Kilbirnie are packed with eateries, shops, cafes and pharmacies. The flat itself is on the second floor of the main house. It would be a bit challenging for moving luggages up and down. I had hire a professional mover to help me with checking in and had a friend coming over to help me with moving out. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and maintained which was my favorite part. With a proper Fisher&Parkel refrigerator and a wall oven, microwave and an Induction 4-head hob, I could cook proper meals every day. The host has provided plenty of cooking pots, frying pan and other utensils. The two air cons have made the whole flat nice and warm especially for the recent tough weather in Wellington. The neighbors next door and downstairs are all reasonably quiet, which is an essential part to living in a timber old house without modern sound proof systems. The host Mehrdad has been very kind and supportive. When I needed help with the maintenance of the dryer or a quick fix of the curtains, he would come over at his first convenience to take care of the problem and had them all solved. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone who needs a medium or long term home in Wellington city.

The flat needs a bit more attention for its cleaning and maintenance. The access to the flat requires a bit of climbing and strong knees.

Great price for accommodation in a beautiful and quiet area of Wellington. Large windows, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including two air conditioners and appliances, and it’s pet-friendly. There were even some snacks, tea, and coffee left for us. Plus, there’s an awesome cat living in the yard! The host was very hospitable and fulfilled all our additional requests.
