WLG CBD 1BR - Luxe Hyde Lane Stay with Amenities

Nice, near new but tiny apartment, which is good for two people and in an ideal position for Courtney place end of town. Jane the cleaner was amazing and so helpful. All facilities excellent. Pool and fitness centre also great.

We were given the wrong apartment information but fortunately Jane (one of cleaning staff) went the extra mile and sorted it out for us. The apartment was perfect for us as we just used it as a place to sleep but the "city view" was basically a concrete wall about 3m away. Apartment was also really hot, with no way of cooling it apart from opening the ranch slider which elevated the noise level from the adjacent building hugely (we opened it whilst we were out to reduce the temperature). Background noise levels are generally high anyway.

The location was perfect. Everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance. Pool, gym and sauna great. Bed really comfortable, but too much light into bedroom. Put towel along bottom of door to block corridor light. Blind not long enough to cover glass of door between bedroom and kitchen.

One towel each for three days; no pool towels. NO opening windows in the place which felt stifling. No shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo,etc. Two coathsngers. Entrance/exit door should automatically lock on leaving, not have to manually lock. Pillowcase linen felt ‘prickly’.

Perfect location in the city. Apartment felt new and was clean and tidy (other than floor) and modern. Loved access to gym and swimming. Very easy to access apartment. Good communication with hosts.

Floor needed hoovering/sweeping. There were hairs from previous guests. Double doors at back of apartment look out onto the wall of the next building- no view at all. Bed would be better at the back of the apartment rather than when you walk in. Layout needs switching around.

Convenient. Well equipped.

Window faces a wall. Bed is way too soft. Terrible cheap body wash and shampoo/conditioner fixing that would be an easy upgrade.
