Super close to everything, full kitchen, updated furnishings.
Very small if you are 3 people (child). Not much space to store luggage. Can be noisy at night with garbage trucks.

地點雖在市中心，且是一個大社區中，但身處靜巷相當安靜，整體所附設備都非常的齊全也不陳舊。因為個人是偏好走路抵達各景點，以該地點來說相當適合(步行都可以在25分鐘內抵達)，性價比也高。過去一些評論希望務業能夠改善的地方都有改善(多了暖氣系統真的很棒，5月多的威靈頓真的開始冷了，只有暖風扇確實不大夠)，有問題也能及時回覆。床軟硬也很適中，相當舒服。電視是智慧電視，可以登入自己的Netflix觀賞，一天跑行程累了回到住處還能繼續追劇真的很幸福。
浴室洗臉檯太小，基本上只能洗手，洗臉絕對水會濺的到處都是，所以我們都是在廚房流理台盥洗。整個房間是在二樓，所以行李得自己扛上去，且樓梯間也比較窄，一不小心可能會發生事故，所以對於老人或是沒甚麼力氣的女生來說不大適合。

Everything about the property was above my expectations. It had all the essentials and was neat and tidy. The woman was very helpful it sorting out my check-in over the phone.

Great for an overnight stay with more than one person as its quite small. It will be perfect for a one person stay.
