Close to wonderful views, comfortable living areas and bedrooms, nice garden, thoughtful extras including outdoor and under cover clothesline.
We couldn't stop water getting everywhere in the bathroom even with the shower curtain closed fully, but it wasn't slippery. Extremely steep with lots of stairs getting to and from the entry which was at the rear of the block, so not suitable for unsteady guests or very small children. The on-street parking was a bit scary (steep and narrow road, but that's Wellington, I guess).

Bedside light missing one b/r . No tablets for dishwasher No water to washing machine Food and drinks left in fridge and cupboards Little/no hand wash liquid Mould in upstairs b/r Problems with remote for garage.
