Compact Cutie - Cuba Mall, Central Wellington

Great location, warm, clean and well supplied with all the bits n pieces like coffee, herbal teas etc. Loved the location, while it could prove to be a tad noisy late at night being in the vibrant arcade it was safe and certainly not a problem for us. Great host who kept in contact and was available if needed. Would recommend this cutie studio, so close to everything

This studio apartment was tucked away near the middle of bustling Cuba St Mall, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Really nice vibe in the apartment with great decor.

Nearby cafe got a bit noisy at times. A trade off for being so central.

Es war alles super, die Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Einfach wunderbar, wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten. Auch die Lautstärke der umliegenden Restaurants war überhaupt nicht störend, die meisten schließen eh um 23:00 Uhr. Ich kann auch nicht verstehen, wieso welche hier das parken als umständlich angesehen haben. Direkt im selben Gebäude gibt es ein Parkhaus, ansonsten auch 10 Minuten zu Fuß ein weiteres Parkhaus. Wilson parking ist in Neuseeland der bekanntest Parkanbieter, und wer die Schilder richtig liest, versteht auch das man vorab online oder am Automaten seine parkzeit wählen muss. Wir haben uns für ein Parkhaus mit einem kleinen Fußweg entschieden.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Handy to shops & bars

First time that we had stay in this part of Wellington. The location wasn't for us. We wouldn't stay in this location again. it was a ok place but we wouldn't call it a one bedroom apartment. Also we didn't have city view & if you look out the toilet & kitchen windows it wasn't exciting. As for the balcony view that wasn't great. Getting to where the apartment was it was bit hard to find & also didn't have a very nice smell when we were going up the stairs to the apartment. Sorry but we are only being honest about our stay here.
