Good shower, clean & tidy. Good communication

Not enough bedding, practically a sheet & duvet cover plus thin blanket in the cupboard. The sheets either hadn't been changed or were very poor quality. Pillows were cheap & nasty

The communications were prompt and friendly The flat has all the basics for a short stay

The main and big problem is the noise from traffic it sits near junction of two main roads and all day and night there is traffic and sirens. The road itself is also used as a cut through for cars and people. The flat has double glazing but on the front it’s not enough- even with earplugs I couldn’t sleep. I actually moved out for two nights and paid for somewhere else because I had to work. Other things - very sparse on utensils and rusty knives . Bathroom sink is too small and narrow nowhere to put anything and shaving etc very difficult No instructions I couldn’t work out how to use the tv or heater Also an iron and board would be an improvement
