DDK Collection Hotel

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was good.

Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations.

the room was comfy and clean, Hannah at the reception was very friendly and helpful , overall a good experience

swimming pool was not as expected , breakfast buffet was not good most of the dishes were from yesterday , the eggs where too cold

It didn’t offer a real 5-star hotel experience Check-in took forever to complete After arrival I was informed that my room needed a few minutes to be ready; so I left to the rooftop restaurant to have lunch; I came back to the front desk after an hour and a half thinking that my room would be ready and my bags were already moved there but to my surprise my room was not ready so I was offered another room after I made an argument; Then the receptionist told me that my bags will be moved to my room shortly so I went up to my room I waited for 30 minutes then I called the room service they promised that the bags will be delivered shorty; at the end after 50 minutes I had to go to the lobby to bring them myself The breakfast was average; I have had breakfast in 3 and 4 star hotels that were much better
