Very fast answer the massages and help me to everything for example send the airport transfer. Room is big and comfy bed. Breakfast is really good and have many options and upstairs and the view from hereto city is nice. Very close to everything, the citadel justc16/17 minutes walk.

problem the randomly blackout in the city. That time can't, charge the phone,,air conditioner stop and most scary stuck in the elevator.

I found this place through Booking and it looked good, and honestly, it really was. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me with everything I needed. I received many useful tips about what to do in the area. It’s a pity that my stay was so short, but I would definitely love to come back. I had a very large and clean room, and everything was close by. I also used the airport shuttle, which was on time to pick me up. Their communication was excellent. I got answers within minutes. The breakfast was delicious and came with a beautiful view (lucky me because I could see the mountains with the snow . I only regret that I didn’t ask them earlier to help arrange a trip out of Erbil, because it has turned out they could organize that as well (so if you want to go outside Erbil, just ask them en they're gonna help you) If you have any questions, just ask them. They are happy to help you arrange everything.
