It’s located near the main bazaar and castle, from which the rest of the city stems out. I had good access from it to the rest of the attractions in town. The staff are the strongest point of the property. They are very helpful, and seem to always be happy to talk with, and will approve any reasonable request. The breakfast served in the cafeteria beneath the reception floor is good tasting and filling, too.

The rooms themselves are of a “meh” quality. The beds are good and comfy, the size of the room (we went for a 3 bed executive room) is small but cozy. That was the decent stuff, as for what we faced during our stay, we had to change our room on the first day, about an hour or so after we arrived, because the AC started leaking water. While maintenance did fix the issue, we asked to change to another room (the first one was overlooking the street, the second one is windowless and located on the other side), and even here, on the last night, it started leaking a few drops as well. The shower does have cool and warm water, but it’s not pumping strong enough, resulting in a rather long bath and extra waste of water, plus at least for the room we stayed in, there might have been an issue with the mixing valve, because it’s either too hot or too cold, meaning a lot of minor adjustments for an optimal temperature.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Mohammed und Shahab. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren immer nett. Insgesamt war der Service sehr gut.

Die Badezimmer sollten renoviert und besser gepflegt werden. Außerdem sollten die Fenster regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit man die schöne Aussicht besser genießen kann.
