The hotel was clean and very conveniently located. The gym was a great surprise I enjoyed it. Also, I felt very safe with the 24 hour security team.
I can't think of anything that I don't like.

The location was convenient
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service is extremely poor, especially housekeeping. I requested room cleaning more than five times, and no one came. I ordered breakfast in the morning, and the dirty dishes remained in the room until the evening. I called several times asking them to clear the plates and clean the room, but there was no response at all. This is very frustrating for someone on vacation who is looking to relax and enjoy their stay, not to repeatedly follow up on basic services. Overall, the service level does not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort.
