Everything was great as usual at Fiori Hotel; this was my second time staying there, and without regret. The staff is friendly, and fluent in English which was helpful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The furniture and the rooms are outdated. Deep cleaning and proper ventilation of the rooms may prove beneficial for better customer satisfaction.

Staff didn’t speak Kurdish! Smoking in the restaurant was annoying. The security guy on the gate has to stand up every time someone gets in or out! I found it is redicilous! He was like a slave! Even though he was the most friendly staff I saw there! The room was smelly. I think becasue of carpet!
