Very friendly welcoming hosts, The room was at the top of the house, with an adjacent bathroom for private use.
Very well decorated and clean room with a comfortable bed. Excellent facilties in the room including tea and coffee, microwave and a frdge kndly stockef with water.
Good location just outside the city esoecially if you are going to the Sheffield Arena which ai about 15 minutes drive away. The hosts left space for us to park on their driveway.

The two flights of stairs were not a problem for us, but may be an issue for someone with mobility issues

Whole experience was excellent, way more than a simple room I expected. The Room was specious and very comfortable. The kitchen facilities were a boon and also unexpected. I felt very welcomed and appreciated by the kind Host. Family Friendly Environment and very safe for short and long terms.
