Enjoy a luxurious beach/island getaway in an oceanfront building with a well-appointed 2 bedroom villa with private balcony. Spacious owner’s suite with king bed. Second bedroom with 2 queens or 1 queen and 1 sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining area. In-unit laundry -- an amazing perk for a beach vacation! TV in both bedrooms and living room.

On site marketplace. On site bike rentals. Easy access to bike trails. Conveniently located minutes from Coligny Plaza and the Sea Pines Plantation, where Harbour Town, South Beach, and the Salty Dog Cafe are located. Sea Pines car and bike passes included in rental. Conveniently located for various championship golf courses.
We have enjoyed bringing our family to this resort for years but are unable to go this year. While we will miss our annual Hilton Head beach vacation, we are so pleased that another family will be able to use this highly coveted week of vacation at this spectacular property! This is our personal timeshare week, and the property is managed and maintained by Marriott's Grande Ocean. We will provide you with all of the information you will need to check in!

Upon booking, we will be happy to send you a list of all of our recommendations! We have been going to Hilton Head since we were kids, and we are more than happy to answer questions and provide suggestions (like the free beach sharing shack and where to find some fun tide pools!
Please note that while the villa will be in one of the four buildings on the resort that are oceanfront, your specific villa view is not guaranteed and will vary based on floor and may be side-facing from the ocean. But all villas will be within very close walking distance to the beach.
** The resort is undergoing elevator enhancements that will occur from April 2024 to July 2026. Up to two elevators will be closed at a time during each building’s renovation. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.
