This is a one-of-a-kind, 5-bedrooms, 7-bathroom home is located on South Forest Beach. The many unique features, design elements, and fine attention to detail throughout this house will make your stay truly exceptional.
The centerpiece of this home is the 1500 square foot, screened-in outdoor living space. Take a dip in the pool 16' x 25' equipped with jets and six-foot water fountains, that can also be heated for your enjoyment. Set the mood with outdoor sound system. Around the pool, there is ample seating to relax and get warm around the unique outside firewall. You will love entertaining in your covered outdoor kitchenette with grill. Within the lanai, you can also access the upstairs living space.
This home boasts two living rooms, two laundry rooms, two kitchens and two master suites. Throughout this house you see so much personality shine through, especially at night with all the accent lightings, adds a very special feel. There is an elevator as well for your use. Whether you cannot use the stairs, or you want to load up your luggage and groceries, this is a great touch! The main floor has an open living room with lots of cozy seating and flat-screen TV. The dining area seats 10 people with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The large gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigerators and gas stove makes cooking in this house so much fun! Off each kitchen is a large screened-in porch with seating and ceiling fans to keep you cool. There are powder rooms off the living rooms as well. Each master suite opens to the pool area, and has a king-size bed, large walk-in closets, and beautiful bathrooms with heated floors!
The mid-level private suite above the garage is almost like a third house! It has two bedrooms. The first is a room with two twin beds and a private bathroom, overlooking the pool area. The second bedroom is a queen bed, in a loft, overlooking a third living room. This space has its own full bathroom as well! The hall between the two rooms has a fridge, microwave, and sink.
Take the stairs or your elevator to the second level, which is laid out almost like a mirror to the first floor. The only change on this floor is that you have an additional bedroom over the locked-out garage. This bedroom has a queen bed, two sets of buck beds, and a full bathroom. The second floor also has a balcony overlooking the pool deck.
Throughout the home, you are greeted with very nice touches. The homeowners live here half the year and have spare no expense. You are greeted by top-of-the-line appliances and updated electronics. New Sonos system throughout the house will allow you to enjoy the space to the best of your ability. Between the beauty and uniqueness, this home offers, and the proximity to the beach and all that Hilton Head Island offers, you will feel that you a real a resort spa!

This is an outstanding property, and it is the second time we have stayed here. That said, there are many little things that were disappointing and reflect a lack of attention to detail. Dryer on main level not working due to door, which meant we had to do laundry upstairs. Lights in main kitchen weren't working until maintenance person came out. Some other lights not working. Not enough shampoo and conditioner and soap for such a large house. Dishwasher doesn't clean well and also is hard to close. Room with twin beds overlooking pool very warm. Some doors don't function properly. And other things I'm forgetting. Each of these are relatively minor, but together they add up to a significant amount of frustration.

This property was very well laid out for the five couples that came to stay there; with 5 bedrooms and 5 separate baths. A couple of the beds on the 2nd floor were not as easy to get to or had smaller beds but the concept worked well us. The elevator was truly a blessing as one of the wives had a broken leg and was in a wheel chair. She was able to use the upper floor master as it had more room to move around in that the 1st floor bedroom had. We mostly used the upper floor for our activities etc because of the access for her. Having the two kitchens was great because we did most of our meals in house and it gave us more options for cooking for a larger group and had ample pans, kitchen tools, dishes, etc. It would have been good to have had a more detailed guide to what was where and how to use things. There were so many light switches it took a while to find out which went where and we didn't find the ice maker until about day three but finally figured out how to use it and that helped a lot. With the screening down on the roof of the lanai it was not as well cleared of debris as it could have been but with the cooler weather we did not use it so much but we did love to sit out in the evening and enjoy the fire pit. There was a problem getting the key to work on the small garage walk door so we had to run out the big door while closing and have it locked from the inside. Everyone loved the decor and the big areas with large tables and plenty of chairs for seating.
