David is a great host. He is easy going and always responsive (even when he is on vacation). This is our second year staying at this property. It is a great house for children. Great amenities, close to Coligny, and the beach. Highly recommend this property.

Our family of eight adults and one infant enjoyed our stay very much. We added pool heat, and everyone appreciated the opportunity to use the spa and pool in October. The walk to the beach is short, there is a good supply of beach chairs and most appreciated-a wagon! The kitchen has lots of equipment which we put to good use since we cooked in most nights. (Bring your staples, as there wasn't anything in the pantry, including salt and pepper!) There is lots of space in the house to spread out and a couple of our family members were working from home, so that worked well. At times the wifi was spotty, and we had to supplement with our own hotspots. We used the screened in porch quite a bit which made for nice gatherings for coffee in the morning and appetizers in the evening. The poolside TV is a lot of fun for hanging out, too. The back gate to the beach path is tricky, but we finally got the hang of it when we were ready to leave! Property manager does a meet and greet, and gives clear instructions about the pool and spa which is good because it wasn't intuitive. We enjoyed the place very much and opted to come back to the same location next year!
