The host was helpful and responsive. The location was really good. Very close to the tram and 5 minutes from Nice-Ville train station which takes you to Cannes and Monaco. Good air conditioning kept the apartment cool in extreme heat and really good facilities to relax in at the end of a busy day.
The lift to the second floor is small. Just in case you don't like small spaces. You can use the stairs.

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, es ist groß und ruhig. David war sehr schnell beim beantworten unserer Nachrichten und sehr kompetent.
Das Bett im kl. Schlafzimmer ist nicht so bequem.

Romslig leilighet med sjel, beliggende i en stille sidegate sentralt ifht trikk og tog. Grei info fra kontaktperson.
Vanskelig tilkobling til Wifi. Litt slappe puter på soverommet nærmest badet. Vanskelig å lukke bade og soveromsdørene

Beau quartier vivant mais pas trop, juste comme il faut. L'appartement est beau et spacieux. très près de la Gare et pas loin de l'Université. On va partout avec le tram.
