About this apartment rental
Three stations by tram from the sea and Old Nice, and two minutes walk from Avenue Jean Médecin, this apartment is located in the heart of the city, in a nice building of Nice. In an inner courtyard, in front of a pedestrian street, it enjoys a quiet environment. It is served by the tram which stops a few steps from the building and by train (10 minutes from the apartment). In a very lively area, where the famous market of the Liberation (vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, local producers) takes place every day, the building is close to all the restaurants, shops, museums, cafes. Next to the new cinema. Close to the carnival of Nice! The apartment, facing South-East, is bathed in sun all day. It contains three bedrooms, a bathroom, an independent kitchen, a living room and a balcony. One bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms each with a single bed and a single pull-out bed. You can bring your sheets and towels. Otherwise, I can provide them at a rate of 10 euros per person (sheets + towel).
A deposit of 1000 euros per check will be requested on arrival and fully refunded at departure if no damage is found.

Our family of 5 (including 3 young adults) stayed for the first week in August. Everything was excellent from the pre visit communications, through to arrival & check in and the location itself. The apartment itself is approx. 40 mins on public transport from the airport via tram and couldn't have been easier to manage.
Alice & her daughter were very friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their lovely apartment.
Highly recommended.

The appartment is located right in the center of the city, shops and a daily farmer's market right around the corner, as well as the tramway that takes you to the beach and to the airport. We enjoyed the stay very much together with our three teenagers, Alice arranged everything very well as our host. To be recommended for eyeryone!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé , proche des commerces et non loin du tramway pour les sorties en centre ville et plage...Très bel appartement avec le charme de l ancien et l hôte est une personne très avenante et très disponible.
