Nagy közös tér a baráti társaságnak, nagy étkezőkonyhával, extra felszereltséggel. Kényelmesen elfért a 9 fő az 5 db különálló kétágyas szobában. Parkolás megoldott és benne van az alapárban. Jó elhelyezkedés, 2 km-en belül minden elérhető. Sok apróság is a felszereltség része volt; kapszulás kávé, cukor, tisztítószerek, tisztálkodószerek, piperedolgok, stb. A grillező teraszt sajnos nem tudtuk kipróbálni idő hiányában.
Nem volt minden szobához külön fürdőszoba, csak szintenként 1-1 db. A két nap alatt ez még kezelhető volt. A kert kevésbé volt karbanttartva, bár a robotfűnyírő igyekezett, csak nem bírta a terhelést.

Es gibt einfach nichts zu kritisieren. Alle Räume sind top gestaltet, die betten sind hervorragend -nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Da ist Herzblut mit im Spiel. Echt top. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden, 2 Bäder und alles in top Zustand. Wir waren mit dem Team dort, alle waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen wieder.
Es gibt absolut gar nichts zu bemängeln. Der Anbieter ist sehr gut erreichbar, die Wohnung top, die Lage ist auch top und alles lief reibungslos.

Unterkunft war ohne Frühstück gebucht; die Lage ist o.k. - fußläufig zum Bahnhof ca. 1, 5 km- jedoch mit Gepäck etwas beschwerlich.
Haustüre lässt sich nur sehr schwer öffnen; Garten grenzt direkt an Bahngleise - daher immer Lärmbelästigung Zimmer waren sauber; Küche und speziell Stiegenaufgang bedürfen einer ordentlicheren Reinigung (Eis im Kühlschrank, Fingerabdrücke bzw. Schmutz auf Küchenfronten; der Badezimmerschrank innen schmutzig bzw. im Bad vieles sanierungsbedürftig; Jalousien halten nicht mehr; einzelne Stuhlbeine wackeln bzw. sind zu kurz; sobald eine Person die Treppe benutzt, ist das gesamte Haus munter
