Ideal spot for an overnight stop

Ideal spot for an overnight stop on a way through Brennerpass if you don't want to drive long distance in one take. Hotel seems to be newly build. It is clean and comfortable. Breakfast simple, but fine for one day. I was firstly a bit unsure about the door opening via mobile app, but it worked perfectly. Parking instructions were a bit unclear as the area right in front of hotel seems to be just for shorter parking (or I didn't understand the signs), but there is free parking space close behind a church.

I think they opened for business 3 days before I got there, which made me at the very least my rooms 4th guest, but most likely the first guest. And I must say it was great and very functional, especially for it's 4th night in business! Lovely staff and a great bar at the entrance! My room also had a shared balcony with other rooms, super great place to socialize when they have more guests I can imagine :)

Great overnight stop

Great location in Brennero/Brenner right on the Main Street and we could park outside. The hotel is brand new and very nicely decorated. Rooms are spacious - we had a family room - and the beds were comfortable. Access was easy with room keys sent to our phones. Excellent pizzeria opposite.

Ok - aber wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr aufsuchen - dennnoch sehr schön.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu unnd sehr schön und für unseren Zwischenstop nach Italien einfach gut gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und der Komfort ist hervorragend.

Uns hat es nicht gefallen, dass wir wegen dem Zugang telefonieren müssen - bei solchen Preisen ist eine Rezeption zu erwarten und ebenso eine Hotelbar. Ebenso die Preisgestaltung und Zuzahlungen für Frühstück Hund und co waren mehr als normal - auf unseer Reise das teuerste Hotel - eine Nacht hat mehr gekostet als 3 weitere Nächte in einem 5 Sterne Hotel in Italien.

Posizione ottima per uno stop durante la notte e la ripresa del viaggio il giorno successivo. Ottimo il servizio di check-in online e la gestione delle chiavi tramite link di attivazione via mail. Camera pulita e ben arredata.

15 euro di colazione sono un po' tanti in rapporto alla quantità e varietà di cibo che viene offerta. Stare sugli 8 euro sarebbe più che sufficiente.

Familienzimmer mit größeren Kindern ab 1,75 m ungeeignet (Doppelstockbett war zu klein bzw. zu kurz. Unser Sohn musste Matratze auf dem Fußboden schlafen.) 15 ,-€ zusätzlich pro Nacht für einen Hund bei einem Übernachtungspreis von 250 € ist überzogen.

Gutes Hotel für eine Übernachtung Ordentliches sauberes , neues Zimmer das ein wenig innenarchitektonische Wärme gebrauchen könnte

Der digitale Check In über Booking hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Ich habe den Türöffnungscode erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen bekommen und der hat dann aber auch nicht funktioniert. Ich musste dann eine Notrufnummer anrufen, die zum Glück an der Eingangstür stand. Nach einigen Versuchen den Eingangscode per Mail zu senden, öffnete dann ein Hotelgast zufällig die Eingangstür. Ein weitere Anruf bei der Notrufnummer öffnete dann auch die Zimmertür. Das Ganze dauerte ungefähr 40 Minuten, was nicht akzeptabel ist um 23:00 Abends

Geniales Konzept - praktisch, unkompliziert, komfortabel

Hotel liegt am Ende des Dorfes, einen Steinwurf vorm Brenner Outlet. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden - die Parkscheibe kann man trotz der Beschilderung vergessen, ich vermute, darum muss man beim Einchecken das Nummernschild angeben. Kurzum, Parksituation völlig entspannt! Das Hotelkonzept ist schlicht genial. Man kann alles digital über das Smartphone machen, auch das Öffnen der Zimmertür. Und es funktioniert reibungslos. Alles war sehr sauber, unkompliziert und absolut praktisch. Das Familienzimmer war angenehm groß, ebenso das perfekt ausgestattete Badezimmer. Jederzeit wieder!
