Casa Sant'Andrea

Hienon fiiliksen asunto. Kalustus, astiasto ja kaikki muut sisustuselementit huokuivat mennyttä aikaa. Asunto oli hyvässä paikassa Viareggion ytimessä, lyhyt kävelymatka rannalle, palveluiden ääressä. La Prima Estate festivaalit Lido di Camaioressa tavoitettavissa paikallisbussilla. Pysäköinti kadun varsilla halpaa 8 €/ päivä.

Ilmastoinnin puute hiukan vaivasi erittäin kuumina päivinä. Mutta kolme tuuletinta mahdollisti hyvät yöunet ja se, että kaihtimilla aurinkoisen puolen saa aina varjoon. Lisäksi molemmissa vessoissa oli hyvät tuuletusikkunat, joiden kautta sai painovoimaisen ilmanvaihdon aktivoitumaan kun piti ovia auki.

The owners are such a nice people. They welcome you in person with fruit and water. The apartment is great, elegant and well equipted. Also the location is top! Everything you will need on walking distance. We certainly will come back in the future!!

The host was very kind and responsive. We were greeted at the property with complimentary fruit and a large bottle of water. The apartment was large, clean, comfortable beds and well equipped. The location was 3 blocks from the beach and adjacent to a lovely park.

The apartment has a bath tub with a handheld shower and no shower curtain, making it hard to shower. Therefore, one needs to sit in the tub to bathe. All the living room furniture is covered with slipcovers, very different and less welcoming from the photo displayed online.

The apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet little street in Viareggio, the beach, a park, good restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. It has a lovely little balcony with view to a nice garden. The kitchen is well equipped. The hosts are wonderful people. Besides, Viareggio is a nice city and there is lots to do and see in the surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay very much and will be back.
