About this apartment rental

Central and bright apartment, located between the Pineta di Ponente and the sea, in a street parallel to the famous Promenade (which is about 50 meters away). The apartment is located in a strategic position to reach, even on foot, the many services that the town offers, from the pedestrian area to the central market, and can also be easily reached by train. The apartment, of about 85 square meters, is spread over two levels: on the first floor there is a large kitchen / living room with a sofa bed, a full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed; on the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, a full bathroom with shower and a room with two single beds. All rooms are air conditioned. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and gates on the stairs for the safety of children.
Services on request included in the price: high chair, safety barriers for the bed and baby bed (on reservation, subject to availability check).
A few meters from the apartment you can find pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, newsagents, pharmacies, patisseries, bars ...
If you come to visit us by car, you can buy weekly (€ 20) and monthly (€ 50) passes to park in front of or near the house.

Ideal family apartment x With bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and upstairs it gave us grandparents our daughter and grandchildren space and privacy to chill out . The apartment had everything we needed to cook and a supermarket for food was just a short walk x We walked to Viareggio Station which has many destinations for sightseeing and trains to the Airport . The apartment is ideally situated for the beach promenade restaurants shops . The landlord was very helpful and contactable during our stay . A very pleasant stay our ages range from 70 yrs to 9 yrs old .

Wir waren mit zwei Pärchen unterwegs, dafür ist die Wohnung ausreichend groß. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und die Bilder entsprechen dem realen Zustand. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und die Übernahme/ Übergabe war unkompliziert. Das Bettwäsche/ Handtücher (40€) sowie Strom, Gas und Wasser (40€) extra zu bezahlen sind haben wir erst hinterher gelesen. Der Wermutstropfen ist die Parkplatzsituation, da muss man Glück haben einen Platz in der Nähe der Wohnung zu finden. Kostet 20€ die Woche.

Just one block away from the boardwalk and (payment) beaches, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and breakfast places. Enough room for 6, quiet towards the back side of the house. A tiny entrance and a few steps to the place. Parking the car is an adventure every day but latest after the first extra round there is a space available. Max. 15 car-mins from the (free) natural beach (clean and nice to be at). A very helpful and friendly property manager, always available for help, suggestions and support. Easy going and really guest focused. Special thanks for arranging the mandatory Covid tests for our return back home!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nella casa di Daniel la prima quindicina di agosto. Già prima della vacanza Daniel si è dimostrato disponibile per i chiarimenti di cui avevamo bisogno e questa disponibilità Daniel l'ha data durante tutto il soggiorno. lLa casa è esattamente come descritta nell'annuncio e la zona è nel centro di Viareggio vicinissima al mare, al centre alla pineta. E'stato tutto come ci aspettavamo. Ottimo

Nice apartement with everything you need for your stay. The lessor is really helpful and responsive. The only con is that the beach in viareggio is mostly private (but not that expensive) so you have quite a long way to get to the free beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato in sei adulti e un piccolo cane nell'abitazione di Romero. La disposizione della casa su due livelli è comoda e funzionale. La vicinanza alla pineta, al mare, alla passeggiata e ai servizi ci ha consentito di non utilizzare l'auto per tutto il tempo della vacanza. Romero ci ha accolto con un canestro di frutta e una bottiglia di vino. Esperienza da consigliare.

Appartamento molto confortevole, non manca nulla ed ubicato in posizione strategica. Vi consiglio di non portarvi la vostra bicicletta ma di noleggiarla direttamente in pineta, evitando di lasciarla in strada di notte. Ringrazio il proprietario per la sua disponibilità e simpatia.
