Price worthy, well located and more functional than charming.
Good location, close to the lungomare. Quite large an appartment. Kitchen was equipped enough for most needs. We had some minor incidents; for instance the tap in the sink in the kitchen was suddenly loose. But the owner and the administrator took care of it very swiftly. If you are heading for baths, don’t miss the Tritone establishment (bagno), approx 70m from the house. Cheaper than most and wonderful owners.
We had no real problems! It might be worth noticing, there is no AC. Although there were four electrical fans, more than enogh for our demands. But think twice if you are sensitive to heat.

Schön renoviertes Appartement. Die Lage ist optimal, der Empfang sehr freundlich und bei Fragen erhielten wir umgehend eine Antwort. Sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Appartamento nuovo, funzionale e vicino a tutto.
L’appartamento è ristrutturato da poco quindi nuovo, molto funzionale e con aria condizionata dappertutto. Si trova a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla passeggiata e dalla spiaggia quindi veramente comodo anche per famiglie con bambini.
Forniscono loro le lenzuola e gli asciugamani ma ruvidi al tatto e lavati da loro in lavatrice senza garanzia di igenizzazione.
