Centrico appartamento a 100 metri dal mare.

The appartment is large, clean and perfect for a family of 3 adults and a child and it has everything you need. It is really close to the beach, one street away and close to beach promenade which has many restaurants. It is on ground level and it is disposed on two levels, at the floor there is a small living, a kitchen, a small toilette and a place for having dinner and on the upper level there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Daniel, the person who is managing the appartment is very friendly and helpful with whatever you need.

The only minus of the appartment is that it does not have a balcony/terrace you can actually use. It has a small balcony on one of the bedrooms but there is not enough space to put chairs and table and it's sunny all day long. It also has a small enclosed inner courtyard (is actually some kind of inside the building courtyard of the house) where there is a table and 2 chairs, but also there is the external unit of the air conditioner. So, if you want to use the courtyard you have to stop the AC, otherwise it is unbearable to stay there because of the heat. And maybe the shower could be a little bigger.
